Opptak
Læreplan
The six-semester Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering is divided into compulsory, core elective, and elective modules.
Elective options from the fourth semester
From the fourth semester, there is a possibility to attend elective modules individually, thus developing a profile. In the elective area, three of the following modules must be attended including one double module:
- Mechatronics (double module)
- Process Engineering, Plant Engineering, and Apparatus Engineering (double module)
- Occupational Safety Management
- Robotics and Automated Production
- Renewable Energies
- Environmental production
An industrial case study with great practical proportions provides students the opportunity to apply what they have learned. Another module is "General Studies", where you can choose from all modules of the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. This offers the opportunity to learn about other areas.
Because the fourth and fifth semesters can be interchanged, this also offers the possibility of doing a semester abroad, internships, or a leave of absence after the third or fourth semester.
